Team Coordinator

- rder Management: Manage the entire sales order lifecycle, from receipt to fulfillment, including order processing, dispatch scheduling, and accurate tracking.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare essential sales documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, sales reports, and maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding order status, inquiries, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, accounts, and purchase teams, to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentation materials, managing schedules, and improving overall productivity.
- Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate transportation and logistics, manage inventory levels, and ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Technical Knowledge: Provide basic technical support related to electrical products to both the sales team and clients, leveraging an understanding of electrical components and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination or related fields, with experience in the electrical industry often preferred.
- Education: A graduate degree, often with a diploma
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹11, ₹20,821.73 per month
