Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Support: Coordinate schedules, provide sales materials, and offer support to sales representatives to help them meet quotas.
  • Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, address customer complaints, and maintain positive customer relations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle order processing, verify order accuracy, maintain organized sales records, and update customer databases.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and write sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to help optimize sales strategies.
  • Coordination and Logistics: Organize resources for sales presentations, manage inventory of sales materials, and coordinate with departments like marketing and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Abilities: Manage schedules, records, and a high volume of tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Address customer issues and other operational challenges to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be skilled in using CRM software and other tools for data management and reporting.
  • Customer-Oriented Mindset: Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and a willingness to help.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in sales records, orders, and reports.

Job Type: Full-time
