About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our
Operations Team
. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee coordination, and operational support within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Operations team in day-to-day HR activities.
- Support recruitment processes – job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Help in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Coordinate with various departments for documentation and HR-related queries.
- Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and performance records.
- Support the team in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in completing tasks.
