Sales & Marketing Manager – Turf & Grass Solutions (B2B)
Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand presence for turf grass products, supplements, soil enhancers, and maintenance solutions across stadiums, sports grounds, golf courses, race tracks, institutional campuses, and large landscaped lawns.
This is a strategic + execution role, requiring strong B2B selling, key account management, and technical understanding of turf management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales of grass supplements, fertilizers, soil conditioners, and turf health solutions
- Cricket & football stadiums
- Sports authorities & clubs
- Golf courses & resorts
- Race courses
- Municipal corporations
- Universities, large townships & commercial campuses
- Build long-term relationships with groundskeepers, turf managers, facility heads, and procurement teams
- Achieve annual revenue and volume targets as per business plan
- Develop category and product marketing plans for turf & grass solutions
- Work on:
- Product positioning & value propositions
- Technical brochures, presentations & case studies
- Demo plots & field trials
- Plan participation in sports infrastructure, landscaping, and agri expos
- Collaborate with digital and content teams for B2B lead generation
Requirements:
- Masters (MBA) in Sales/Marketing/General Management
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Ability to travel frequently for fieldwork and client meetings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
