M/s. Harman Finochem Limited is an India-based Pharmaceutical Company catering to its clients across the globe, established by Late Mr. Bhupinder Singh Manhas in 1983, our core competencies are in manufacturing and exporting of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients mainly Metformin HCl, Fenofibrate, Divalproex Sodium, Riboflavin Phosphate Sodium, Glycopyrrolate/Glycopyrronium bromide and more. We have two USFDA approved manufacturing facilities at Shendra & Chikalthana, Aurangabad.

We are hiring for Executive - Export documentation - International business :

Role & responsibilities :

  1. Arranging for Pre-shipment inspections with SGS, Intertek etc. with Certificate of confirmation

  2. Planning shipments as per Sales order instructions.

  3. Coordination with Marketing, Plants, CHA, shipping agent to check freight & vessel availability

  4. Preparing Shipping Documents, such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Insurance, Certificate of Origin, BL instruction

  5. Preparation of documents as per Narcotics, HAZ requirements

  6. Overall monitoring, documentation
    •& records maintenances of exports.

  7. Preparing documents as per Letter of Credit (UCP 600) terms & conditions.

  8. Sending export document to bank for Negotiation/Purchase/Remittance.

  9. Maintaining day-to-day record of Inward remittance of Export consignments / Debit Notes related to Export.

  10. Scrutinize pending orders & MIS reconciliation with Marketing.

  11. Co-ordinate with various departments for timely deliver the material.

  12. Liaise with Factory, freight forwarders/shipping agent, and CHAs for the shipment ensuring that cargo meet vessel cut off & competitive freight rate. Monitor all shipments dispatch from factory/warehouse to the final destination.

  13. Tracking Air /Sea Shipment to insure cargo reach at destination port within specific time limit.

  14. Interacting with CHA, freight forwarders, Transporters for customs clearance of Export consignments. Check & approve the Bill of Lading, & other related documents.

  15. Interacting with Foreign & Domestic Clients.

  16. Supervision at JNPT /Airport for proper Shipping Mark and Nos; condition of export consignment & Stuff the cargo in the container.

  17. Systematic Filling Work.

  18. Knowledge of SAP.

  19. Communication with clients, shipping lines and transporters for effective shipment execution

  20. Preparation of Customer Master with customer wise SOP.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Qualification: - Any Graduate
  • Experience: - 7 years in Pharma Industry + in Export documentation, with knowledge of SAP integration for International Business - Export
