Manager - Marketing and Communication (F/M/D)
Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for and contribution to corporate and marketing communication across all business activities and market segments
  • Initiation, design and implementation of promotional marketing activities. Initiating, creating, sending, and monitoring the success of target group-specific email marketing campaigns and online campaigns
  • Develop, plan, and implement marketing campaigns, lead nurturing and management processes, and social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn in alignment with Freudenberg Filtration Technologies (FFT) headquarters
  • Planning, managing, and creating press releases and technical articles, sending them out, and evaluating their effectiveness. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordination and support for various conferences, exhibitions, tradeshows, and customer events, including trade show booths, literature, details and logistics
  • Responsibility for the content of the regional FFT Portal India and for all Indian-specific content on the global FFT Portal in alignment with corporate headquarters

Qualifications

  • Minimum Business Administration (BA) degree in Marketing and/or Communications, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or sales
  • Sound knowledge of the specifics of B2B (Business to Business), at least a strong affinity for it
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office package. Preferably knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) ideally TYPO3, Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and graphic designing software (ideally Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and other marketing suppliers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, Creative self-starter with high team orientation. Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and people
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, Able to work as an individual contributor as well as a team member
