Critical Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for customers throughout the project life cycle.
  • E nsure timely delivery within planned timelines and costs to meet overall project profitability.
  • Meet customer expectations by ensuring project quality requirements are met.
  • F ollow organizational safety standards.
  • R eview project schedules and track progress with stakeholders periodically based on project status.
  • Ensure delivery according to commitments and take action to prevent cost and schedule variances.
  • T imely shipment and submission of invoices, along with collection of payments from customers.
  • I dentify and implement risk management processes.
  • I ncorporate changes in projects as required.
  • M onitor and present monthly project reports to stakeholders, covering costs, revenues, payments, cash flows management, settlement, and closure of claims KPIs.
  • L ead teams until project completion and commercial closure.
  • C oordinate with site and HO construction teams.
  • H andle workforce issues on-site.
  • M anage project information for easy reference.
  • M anage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and focus on projects, and act as a mediator in disputes/conflict management.
  • P repare and monitor claims registers.
  • E nsure timely settlement of claims with customers.
  • P repare and monitor project risk registers to mitigate/eliminate impact on project schedules, costs, and quality.
