Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished product design engineer with expertise in steam engineering to join our team.

  • Create high-quality 3D models and drawings of components and assemblies for various products using parametric modeling, expression-based modeling, part families, and wave-link geometry.
  • Utilize advanced assembly features, handle large assemblies in NX, and arrange assemblies efficiently.
  • Develop 3D models and drawings for different SIEMENS ENERGY products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide regular drawing updates and revisions, adhering to SIEMENS ENERGY's engineering and drafting standards.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of output with SIEMENS ENERGY standards and client requirements.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects assigned by the Engineering Manager and handle confidential information related to company products.
  • Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and establish best practices for modeling and drafting activities within stipulated timeframes.
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree in mechanical engineering with 3-6 years of experience in a relevant oil and gas area, preferably with expertise in steam turbine trip and throttle valve.
  • A strong understanding of industrial standards such as API 611/612, ASME B16.5/16.10/16.31/16.34, and Boiler Pressure Vessel Code.
