Information Technology Network Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities of IT;Active Directory (AD) Administration: Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and domain controllers. Firewall Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet) to protect the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats. Failover Systems: Implement and manage failover solutions to ensure high availability and business continuity.

Layer 2/3 Switching: Oversee the configuration and management of Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, ensuring optimal network performance and segmentation. Network Monitoring: Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve network issues. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network-related problems, including connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and hardware failures.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Security Policies: Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational data. Compliance: Ensure network infrastructure complies with relevant industry standards and regulations.

User Management: Create and manage user accounts in Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Security Configuration: Implement and manage security features to protect Office 365 data, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and data loss prevention (DLP). Licensing: Manage Office 365 licenses and subscriptions for users.

Integration: Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate Office 365 with other systems. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry and government regulations as it pertains to Office 365. Configuration & Deployment: Configure and deploy MacBooks, ensuring they meet organizational standards.

Troubleshooting: Provide support for macOS and third-party software issues. Hardware Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware faults, including motherboard replacements and logic board repairs. System Updates: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates and system patches.

Security Policies: Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational data. Compliance: Ensure network infrastructure complies with relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT departments to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align IT infrastructure strategies with organizational goals. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on network performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Policy Development: Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure services meet organizational standards and requirements. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5 years of experience in network administration and management.

Strong proficiency in Active Directory, firewall management, failover systems, Layer 2/3 switching, Office 365 administration, and MacBook maintenance. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication in English(Mandatory) and interpersonal skills. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. CompTIA Network or Security . Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
