Job Description:

AudiTree is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT infrastructure management, user account setup, and enterprise tools like ManageEngine, Sophos, and GSuite. Prior involvement in ISO certification processes is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and device provisioning.
  • Setup and support IT infrastructure including networks, systems, and software.
  • Handle asset and inventory management for IT equipment.
  • Administer and maintain security software (e.g., Sophos, ManageEngine) and endpoint protection.
  • Support and manage GSuite (Google Workspace) tools for users.
  • Monitor and resolve internal IT tickets and provide user support.
  • Assist in ISO certification process, including documentation and compliance activities.
  • Ensure IT policies and best practices are followed throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Working knowledge of ManageEngine, Sophos, and GSuite.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Experience in assisting or supporting ISO certification/compliance process.
  • A proactive and self-motivated team member with the ability to take ownership of IT tasks.
  • Capable of working independently, with willingness to escalate issues when needed.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to document IT processes and maintain records.

Work Environment:

AudiTree is a fully remote firm. All team members work from home, requiring proficiency with virtual collaboration and comfort in a remote work setup.
