About the Role

Xylem Learning is looking for energetic and empathetic Academic Counsellors to join our fast-growing team. As an Academic Counsellor, you will assist students and their parents in making informed choices for NEET, JEE courses offered by Xylem Learning.

This role blends academic guidance with consultative salesenabling you to support students in shaping their academic and career journeys, while contributing to the institutes growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls using our internal leads database.
  • Understand each student's academic background, interests, and goals—whether in medical (NEET), engineering (JEE) to recommend the most suitable programs.
  • Clearly present details about course structure, curriculum, batch timings, and the unique benefits of studying at Xylem Learning.
  • Offer personalized counselling to build trust and long-term relationships with students and their families.
  • Drive admissions by converting leads into enrollments and achieving monthly targets.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and student progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or educational sales is a bonus—but not essential.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed are encouraged to apply.
