Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Academic Counsellor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective students, guide them on our courses and degree programs, and represent ISAT in schools and educational institutions. This role combines counselling, marketing, and collaboration to help students make informed decisions about their education and to strengthen ISAT's outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with prospective students and parents about ISAT's programs, degrees, and services.
  • Provide guidance on course selection, admission requirements, and career prospects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with schools to provide short courses, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, and open days to promote ISAT programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for student queries during the admission process.
  • Support marketing initiatives to attract prospective students.
  • Maintain records of student interactions and provide feedback to the academic and admissions teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT, Education, Business, or related fields).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Experience in student counselling, academic advising, or admissions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of higher education programs, especially in technology or IT, is desirable.
  • Ability to travel to schools and events as required.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
