Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The role involves both academic counselling and administrative responsibilities, including fee collection, student record management, and other office-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents about academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
  • Guide students in choosing suitable courses based on their interests, goals, and aptitude.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively.
  • Manage student enrollment and admission procedures.
  • Ensure timely fee collection and maintain accurate financial and student records.
  • Maintain and update databases, attendance logs, and performance reports.
  • Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Support general administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Work towards achieving admission and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic accounting and administrative knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Prior experience in academic counselling or administration is an added advantage.
