Job Type: Full-time / On-site

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Overseas Education Counsellor to join our team at Gloabl Degrees, Kozhikode, Kerala The ideal candidate will guide students through the entire process of studying abroad from choosing the right course and university to application and visa guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on study abroad options in countries like UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, USA, and New Zealand.
  • Evaluate students academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable programs and universities.
  • Assist students with the application, documentation, and visa processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admission requirements and deadlines.
  • Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Follow up with students and ensure smooth communication throughout the admission cycle.
  • Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Education or Marketing background preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in overseas education counselling (Freshers with strong communication may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
