We are looking for a Senior Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents toward the right academic path, ensure successful enrollments, and build lasting educational relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel & Guide
  • Engage with students (Grades 7–12) and parents to understand academic goals and provide expert guidance on subject choices, exam preparation, and learning strategies.
  • Convert & Enroll
  • Communicate BrainLoop's programs effectively through in-person or virtual sessions, follow up with leads, and convert them into enrollments with integrity.
  • Support & Coordinate
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding, monitor academic progress, and coordinate with faculty for timely student support. Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Collaborate & Represent
  • Contribute to seminars, webinars, and outreach efforts. Support marketing campaigns and represent BrainLoop in external academic partnerships.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counselling or education sales
  • Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum
  • Fluent in English and Malayalam
  • Empathetic, organized, and confident communicator
