Role Overview:

We're looking for a Sales Manager who can handle the complete sales process from the office — from handling inquiries and follow-ups to converting leads into confirmed orders. The role is focused on communication, negotiation, and closing deals — no field visits required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming inquiries from ads, social media, and referrals.
  • Explain machine details, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
  • Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Prepare quotations and send product details as needed.
  • Convert leads into sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Keep proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for confirmed orders.
  • Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in tele sales or B2B industrial product sales.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills (Excel, CRM preferred).
  • Education: Graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
