Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for sales, and a passion for jewellery. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and budget.
  • Provide detailed product information, including design, purity, weight, and price.
  • Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and organization of the counter.
  • Handle billing, receipts, and cash/card transactions accurately.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through professional and personalized service.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated on new arrivals, product trends, and ongoing promotions.
  • Ensure security and proper handling of jewellery items.
  • Coordinate with inventory and back-office staff for product availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with good grooming and professional etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems and computer operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,690.07 per month
