We're looking for someone to join our Talent Acquisition team as a TA (ops) intern – to actually hiring smoother, faster, and more delightful for everyone involved.

You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero helping with interview scheduling, keeping calendars chaos-free, talking to candidates, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you love checklists, organizing chaos, and making people's lives easier, this might just be your thing.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Schedule interviews like a time-traveling wizard
  • Be the friendly point of contact for candidates
  • Keep calendars of hiring managers + recruiters on track
  • Spot process gaps and suggest better ways to do things
  • Send follow-ups, reminders, and maybe a meme or two
