Role Description

  • Handle outbound calls for UK-based clients
  • Engage professionally with customers to understand their financial requirements
  • For IVA Process: Analyze client financials and recommend suitable debt solutions (training provided)
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and maintain high-quality communication standards

Location: Lucknow (On-site)

Shift: UK Shift (1:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST)

Requirement / Qualification

  • Minimum 6 months experience in any international voice process (IVA or similar preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
