Designation: Inside Sales Representative (IT Solutions)
Base location Bangalore
Desired candidate profile:
3+ Years of proven experience in Lead Generation, Business Development,
Inside Sales in IT Solutions/Services sales
Someone with good understanding of IT Managed Services, Datacenter Services, Cyber
Security and Staff Augmentation, partner ecosystem and fair technical bent of mind.
Exposure to solutions sales in RPA/AI will be an added advantage.
Should have worked on any of the CRM tools
Aggressive and target driven, self-motivated
Engineering graduate is a plus
Job Responsibilities
Lead generations through databases, email campaigns, referrals, social media, etc.
Database generation and maintenance
Engaging with customers through calls/campaigns/referrals to generate new sales
opportunities.
Connecting and maintaining healthy relationships with influencers and decision-makers
involved in procuring IT/ITeS solutions
Building sales funnel and keeping track of closure
Identifying the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Managing to capture customer information & update CRM on daily basis
Should be able to qualify the leads/prospects and identify potential opportunities with BANT
information
Work closely with all the OEMs and Develops sales opportunities by researching and
identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical
information and explanations in co-ordinations with respective OEMs.
Work closely as a team with the respective BUs / Sales Specialist(s)
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and
identifying sales opportunities
Develops accounts by checking customers buying history, suggesting related and new items,
and explaining technical features
Ownership of renewals
Maintain reports.
