Administration Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator / Technical Coordinator to manage service schedules, documentation, and technician coordination. This role is vital in ensuring our service operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both our field and in-house teams.
You'll be responsible for maintaining and administering service schedules, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring all service documentation is accurate and accessible. You'll build strong relationships with customers, Channel Partners, and Area Sales Managers, acting as a key point of contact for service-related communications and follow-ups.
We're seeking someone with a strong technical background and excellent organisational skills. You'll need to be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly across teams, and maintaining high standards of service documentation. Your ability to understand technical schematics and use service systems will be essential.

Experience Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems (e.g., MTMS)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
