Factory Administrator

Job Summary:
The Factory Admin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, managing workforce requirements, and ensuring smooth operations within the factory. The role involves supervising the production team, resolving technical or operational issues, maintaining workforce discipline, and coordinating administrative functions to ensure seamless production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
- Monitor and ensure smooth production operations on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and guide the production team to maintain efficiency and discipline.
- Ensure all team members follow factory safety and compliance norms.
- Motivate and support team members for achieving production goals.
- Technical & Operational Support:
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly to avoid downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance or technical teams for quick troubleshooting.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and operational readiness of equipment.
- Manpower & Recruitment:
- Manage attendance, shift allocation, and labor requirements.
- Hire and onboard blue-collar workers as per production needs.
- Maintain coordination with HR for staffing and compliance documentation.
- Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain records related to production, attendance, and daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Support management in audits, reports, and other factory administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Production, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in factory administration or production coordination.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
