Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries for team members.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and organizing training sessions.
- Handle inquiries from clients and employees in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Any graduate degree.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
