Role Description

  • Oversee backend processes related to company services.
  • Coordinate with B2B clients for service execution and updates.
  • Handle the complete process of
    Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)
    issuance and management.
  • Manage documentation work, including preparation, verification, and filing.
  • Assist management in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain organized records and support smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Management/Administration).
  • Prior experience in administration, documentation, or client coordination will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
