Training Coordinator (Kannada and Tamil speaking)
Location: Hyderabad, Banjara Hills
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our Home Service team In this role, you will be key in ensuring the phlebotomists are well-prepared and ready to start collecting samples. You'll manage their journey from interview to their very first appointment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interviewing Phlebotomists: Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess their suitability for the role.
- Training Assignment: Assign selected phlebotomists to appropriate trainers for their necessary training.
- Onboarding & Support: Guide new phlebotomists through the entire onboarding process, ensuring they have all the support needed.
- First Slot Readiness: Work closely with new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
- Coordination: Establish a working relationship with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a coordination, training, or HR role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with phlebotomy or healthcare operations is a bonus, but not required.
- Ability to speak multiple regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, English) must.
- You should live in Hyderabad, or be ready to move there.
