Reporting to the Head of R D Training the Sr Training Coordinator is responsible for managing the execution of global training strategies through logistical excellence and technical expertise with SharePoint and other electronic systems The Sr Training Coordinator has the responsibility to provide analytical support for training program attendance tools and systems that support training strategies and expert maintenance of SharePoint content YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Quarterly perform participation analytics on the key topics to evaluate the business needs and support decisions for future offerings and maintenance of documentation metrics for leadership Periodic collection and distribution of training participant and investigator meeting feedback received from surveys Contribute to the survey design and methodology in line with R D Training Strategies Maintain and manage R D Training subscription usage to the tools in place Manage usage and access present updates on new features and collaborate with R D Training team on improvements for training delivery and maintenance Management analysis and optimization of various R D Training tool accounts licenses Collaboration to analyze usage of such tools and provide analysis to the stakeholders to support ROI decision making Attend CAT Chats and Lets Meet Community calls for the relevant topics to share with community teams during regular meetings Follow up on the newly implemented MS TEAMS features and share during regular meetings Management of the R D Training Masterplan tracker by organizing quarterly review meetings collaborating with the L D Managers on status updates and conducting an analysis to support future focus for R D Training Manage R D Training SharePoint analytics and optimization by ensuring metadata entries are complete work with the L D Managers on timely reviews of material and review analytics to support enhancements Management of the IMeX SharePoint and analytics by working with the IMeX lead on timely review of training material reviewing metrics to support focus and enhancements update SharePoint content as needed SharePoint content management for R D Training and management of URLs Management of R D Training working platforms to include OneNote set up Team vacation calendar Travel cost planner with strong collaboration with team for input review and regular use Serve as a back up to the Training Coordinator These tasks include training invitation management management of participant registration lists including wait listed participants and German externals handle questions regarding registrations Set up of Instructor-Led Training Course in My Learning in SharePoint and in Outlook Calendars sending receiving and processing training confirmation emails for training completion in My Learning provide support in office for conferences in Germany only and internal meeting logistics Security group maintenance for outlook and non-personal mailbox management WHO YOU ARE The candidate requires either a bachelor degree 4 years degree with atleast 6 years experience in clinical development Previous experience with organizing training events conferences or meetings and a keen interest in the training field is preferable A thorough understanding of the clinical development process from early through late phase trials would be an advantage A proven ability to provide operational direction Must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of GCP and the regulatory framework within which clinical studies are run in relation to training and compliance when working with systems Proficient with the MS office suite including Sharepoint Prior experience or willingness to develop expertise in developing training materials with professional layout and design is preferable Innovative and creative attention to detail and results oriented with good follow through skills Strong interpersonal issue resolution skills demonstrating diplomacy and tact Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities both verbal and written Able to work independently flexible and effectively within a multi-cultural across
