Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Influencer Marketing Executive
to support and grow our influencer marketing efforts. You will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, building strong relationships, managing campaigns, and driving brand awareness through strategic partnerships across social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, vet, and onboard suitable influencers aligned with the brand's image and campaign objectives.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, , and other platforms.
  • Coordinate outreach and negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and their agents.
  • Track influencer performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and ROI.
  • Maintain a database of influencer contacts and campaign history.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor campaigns, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, PR, paid ads) to align campaign messaging and goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven with ability to analyze campaign metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Upfluence, CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
