Role Description ( For Fresher - 1 year of Experience only )

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Customer Relations Manager to join our team in pune to cover
respective Area's Wakad , Hinjewadi , baner , balewadi , Punawale , Tathawade , In this full-time
role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional satisfaction. Your core duties will involve presenting suitable rental and resale property options, facilitating communication between parties, and working collaboratively to close deals.

Location: Wakad, Pune (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)

Experience: Fresher – 1 year

What You'll Actually Do

  • Meet clients (property owners, tenants, or buyers) and understand their exact needs.
  • Suggest suitable rental or resale options and guide them through the process.
  • Visit sites, show properties, and follow up with clients regularly.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to handle negotiations and close deals.
  • Maintain basic records of client calls, visits, and property updates.
  • Deliver great customer experience — polite, honest, and helpful at every step.

  • Serve as the main liaison for property owners and tenants, managing all communications with professionalism and efficiency
  • Comfortable with field work and exploring nearby locations.
  • A learning mindset — we'll guide you with training and practical experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to facilitate negotiations and successfully close deals.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or business operations is a significant advantage.
