Brand & Content Marketing Manager

Location: Kochi

Experience: 2–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Are you a creative thinker with a strategic mind? We're looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager who can lead our content team and designers while driving impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the brand voice, visual identity, and overall messaging consistency
  • Lead and guide the content team and designers to deliver high-quality content across digital, print, and social media
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing and business goals
  • Plan, execute, and track digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and online ads
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of brand campaigns and promotions
  • Review content and creatives for quality, alignment, and engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and derive insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on exposure to both content and brand strategy
  • Experience managing or coordinating with creative teams (designers, writers, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, take ownership, and ensure accountability across team deliverables
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., is a plus
