Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivatedTelecallers to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
  • Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude during calls.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
  • Prior experience in telecalling is an added advantage (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
