Below are the listed responsibilities of this role:

 Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

 Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work

 Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians

 Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)

 Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance  Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

 Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)

 Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Personality: Likeable, Patient, High Attention to Detail, High on Ownership & Accountability

Skills: Ability to learn quickly, Logic & Analytical skill Great communication skills in Hindi and English Basic data analysis on Excel and Google sheets

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Candidate must be Comfortable for 25k to 35k CTC Depends on last ctc & Experience
  • Candidate must have Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
