Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Maintenance Executives based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include supervising and executing maintenance activities to ensure that company assets and operational infrastructure are in excellent working condition. This role also involves conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors or technicians for repairs. Additional tasks include maintaining maintenance logs, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in equipment maintenance, repair work, and troubleshooting
  • Basic facility management skills and the ability to oversee daily maintenance operations
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating on-site repairs
  • Time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics or relevant maintenance roles is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
