Hiring for Electrical Maintenance

Years of Experience - 10 to 12 Years

Location - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

  • Repairs and Maintenance
  • Carry out maintenance operations for existing and new stores for specific items as assigned.
  • Plan and execute maintenance schedules for all retail locations, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and upkeep. (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, Acs, Security systems)
  • Review AMCs for preventive maintenance across the stores pan India. Negotiate best rate contracts and TATs with the agencies.

  • Review open tickets on maintenance and ensure timely closure.

  • New Store Handover

  • Visit stores during handover, ensure all the items are as per the punch list.

  • Identify snags by creating punch list, documentation, drawings etc. and highlight issues to the Fit-out team

  • Airport Stores

  • Ensure that entry passes are created timely including biometric passes and renewal of passes as and when required.

  • MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain trackers store wise and regularly update status of progress

  • Regular reconciliation and communication with the Accounts team and follow up for vendor payments

  • Process Efficiency and Automation

  • Timely renewal of all the agreements on the parameters of timelines, costing and quality.

  • People Management

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure repair and maintenance work is carried out smoothly.
