Counter Sales Representative

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative who can handle walk-in customers, provide product guidance, and support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should be responsible, eager to grow, and motivated to achieve big within the company.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hand tools, machine tools, measuring instruments, etc.
- Provide pricing, technical details, and product availability information.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders as required.
- Coordinate with the stock/warehouse team for material availability.
- Maintain neat and updated display shelves for tools and accessories.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and ongoing requirements.
- Maintain records of daily sales, walk-ins, and enquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
- Assist management in achieving monthly sales targets and store goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹24,869.35 per month
