Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, providing personalized styling and outfit recommendations.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of the latest fashion trends and collections.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Manage visual merchandising and ensure the store displays are attractive.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment and inventory management.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
