We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected regional manager to drive B2B educational sales across engineering, arts & science, and management institutions in Mumbai. The role demands a strong network with college decision-makers, strategic sales ability, and proven experience in institutional sales.

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard engineering, arts, science, and management colleges across mumbai.
  • Promote company's training, skilling, and academic partnership programs to Educational Institutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through B2B institutional tie-ups and long-term partnerships.
  • Relationship Management
  • Leverage Existing strong network with principals, deans, HOD's, placement heads, and trustees.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with educational leaders for repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client institutions in the region.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy
  • Develop and Execute regional sales strategy in line with company goals.
  • Track competitors and market trends to Identify new Opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at academic summits, Education fairs, and conferences.
  • Provide regular MIS reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.

Experience : 5-11 years of proven experience in institutional/education sales in Maharashtra (engineering, management, or higher education sector).

Strong existing relationships with decision-makers across colleges/universities in the Rajasthan region.

  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
