Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring efficient inventory and logistics management. The role includes monitoring procurement processes, optimizing delivery systems, and collaborating with operations teams to meet organizational goals. A key responsibility is to enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards in service and process execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee efficient workflows and operations.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Procurement strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and timely acquisitions.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships.
  • Problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail for improving processes and addressing operational challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools is advantageous.
