Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market presence. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, forecasting sales, and liaising with cross-functional teams to drive growth. The Business Development Manager will play an integral role in promoting the company's vision of accessibility and product innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning to identify growth opportunities and create data-driven action plans.
  • Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills.
  • Understanding of the mobility space.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Assistive Technology, Disability Inclusion, or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, with an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a product-focused or technology-driven business is beneficial.
