Job Position: HR Team Leader

Location: Goregaon West

Experience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 2 years of team handling experience)

Age: 2832 years

Salary: 40,000 45,000 per month

Industry Preference: Non-IT (not from BPO or blue-collared recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 510 recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
  • Work extensively on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and recruitment activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client management understanding requirements, ensuring delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
  • Achieve both team targets and contribute as an individual recruiter when required.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure high productivity.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and share insights with management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years of team handling experience.
  • Must have managed a team of 510 recruiters.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Proven track record in client management and working on strict targets.
  • Experience in Non-IT recruitment (not from BPO or blue-collared hiring).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance team leadership and individual contribution.
