Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Team Leader (Recruitment) to lead and manage our recruitment vertical. This role involves overseeing end-to-end hiring for diverse functions — including core HR, field representative hiring, sales, and telecalling/fundraising positions. The ideal candidate should be strategic, target-driven, and capable of managing a small recruitment team while also handling hands-on hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of recruiters handling HR, sales, and fundraising hiring.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments — from sourcing to onboarding.

· Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

· Handle bulk hiring for sales and telecaller positions.

· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

· Drive employer branding initiatives and maintain recruitment MIS reports.

· Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closures.

· Train recruiters on sourcing techniques, interview skills, and process compliance.

· Manage vendor relationships, job portals, and internal referral programs.

Requirements:

· 4–7 years of recruitment experience, including team handling.

· Strong expertise in sales/fundraising and telecalling hiring.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

· Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.

· Target-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
