  • Recruitment:
    • Receive applications and conduct preliminary screening for various projects.
    • Recruit both blue collar and white-collar candidates based on project requirements, including but not limited to roles such as doctors, nurses, drivers, and support staff.
    • Source applications from a variety of platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
    • Conduct field recruitment as necessary.
    • Ensure that shortlisted candidates are closed within the approved budget, obtaining necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders.
    • Initiate background and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
    • Handle the issuance of offer letters/appointment letters.
    • Facilitate medical tests for candidates where applicable.
    • Follow up with candidates until their joining date, including sending reminders and confirming dates.
  • New Hire Orientation:
    • Develop and schedule customized orientation plans for new hires.
    • Ensure a comprehensive induction is conducted on the first day of employment.
    • Coordinate necessary support as per policy, such as transport, accommodation, and equipment.
    • Manage pre-joining formalities and document collection.
    • Notify relevant departments about the joining of new hires and update employee data checklists.
    • Introduce new hires to key personnel within the organization.
  • Manage Payroll:
    • Receive and verify attendance for field staff, addressing any discrepancies with the respective leaders.
    • Monitor the overall attendance tracking process and provide reports for latecomers.
    • Manage leave records, balance calculation, and generate necessary reports for payroll processing.
  • Manage Statutory Compliance:
    • Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances and maintain updated records.
    • Highlight and address any compliance issues under the guidance of the Head HR.
    • Document regulatory amendments and key learnings for future reference.
Candidate Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements is essential. Required Skills:
