Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Sales and Marketing, located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and managing client relationships. The role includes market research, identifying new business opportunities, and creating promotional materials. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategies, Campaign Development, and Execution
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Business Development
  • Ability to create Promotional Materials and Marketing Collaterals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
