Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Visa Processing, located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, coordinating with employees and external agencies, preparing documents, and maintaining records. The role involves advising employees on visa requirements, submitting visa applications, tracking application statuses, and resolving any issues that may arise during the process. The Assistant Manager will also be required to stay updated with the latest immigration laws and policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Visa Processing, Document Preparation, and Record Maintenance
  • Knowledge of Immigration Regulations and Compliance
  • Strong Coordination and Communication Skills
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution Skills
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest immigration laws and policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the HR department is a plus
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
