Company Description Visa is a world leader in payments and technology with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers merchants financial institutions and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year Our mission is to connect the world through the most innovative convenient reliable and secure payments network enabling individuals businesses and economies to thrive while driven by a common purpose - to uplift everyone everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid Make an impact with a purpose-driven industry leader Join us today and experience Life at Visa We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Management Team of Team TOT within the Visa Acceptance Platform group This role will have primary responsibility for Search-related capabilities within our acceptance ecosystem but will also contribute to other products in our portfolio - including internal support tools branding initiatives and other feature areas as needed You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders - engineering design data science operations and business teams - to define product strategies prioritize features and deliver high-impact solutions Strong aptitude for leveraging AI tools in product discovery development and optimization is essential Key Responsibilities Search Product Leadership - Execute the vision strategy and roadmap for Search features across the Visa Acceptance Platform ensuring scalability usability and performance Cross-Portfolio Flexibility - Contribute to and lead other product initiatives in internal tools branding and related areas as business priorities evolve AI-Driven Product Development - Incorporate AI and machine learning tools into product workflows for requirements gathering data analysis prototyping and user experience enhancement Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements align priorities and ensure successful delivery User-Centric Design - Champion user needs conduct research and usability testing and translate insights into actionable features Data-Driven Decisions - Define success metrics monitor performance and iterate based on data and feedback Agile Product Ownership - Manage the product backlog write user stories and work closely with engineering to deliver releases on time Market Awareness - Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies particularly in AI and search technologies This is a hybrid position Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager Qualifications Basic 7 years of relevant work experience with any Degree 5 years of product management experience ideally in large-scale platforms or fintech Proven experience in delivering search-related products or features Strong understanding of AI technologies and experience using AI tools in product workflows Excellent communication collaboration and influencing skills Experience in agile product development environments Preferred Experience in payments fintech or large-scale transaction processing systems Familiarity with internal platform tools and branding initiatives Technical proficiency to engage with engineering teams on architecture and design discussions Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin sexual orientation gender identity disability or protected veteran status Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law
