Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Prepare and issue all required employee documentation, including Offer Letters, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Appointment Letters, and employment contracts, ensuring legal validity.
- Maintain and update Job Descriptions (JDs) in coordination with department heads.
2. Compensation & Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, coordinating with the Finance department.
- Ensure timely and accurate adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including managing documentation and remittances for Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Professional Tax (PT).
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee records, both physical and digital.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, including training sessions, team-building activity planning, and celebratory events.
- Handle routine employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and benefits.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
4. Administrative & Legal Support
- Assist the HR Manager in all daily tasks, strategic projects, and report generation.
- Conduct new employee orientation (onboarding) and exit interviews (offboarding).
- Monitor and ensure the company adheres to all relevant labour laws and regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹29,163.73 per month
