We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operator to manage day-to-day operations on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website. The role involves product listing, order processing, inventory management, promotions, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

  • Create and upload product listings with titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, attributes, etc.
  • Optimize listings for SEO and conversions.
  • Update stock, prices, and product details regularly.

2. Order & Inventory Management

  • Monitor and process daily orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch.
  • Track inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Manage returns and replacements.

3. Marketplace Account Management

  • Handle Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. seller accounts.
  • Maintain high account health (performance metrics, shipment rate, feedback).
  • Resolve issues, violations, claim tickets, or customer complaints.

4. Promotions & Sales Growth

  • Create offers, coupons, deals, and campaigns.
  • Participate in sale events (Big Billion Day, Prime Day, Festive Sales, etc.).
  • Research competitors and market trends.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze product performance.
  • Suggest improvement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.

6. Coordination

  • Work with design team for creatives & infographics.
  • Coordinate with logistics & courier partners.
  • Communicate with management on sales updates and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing Amazon / Flipkart / other marketplaces (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations & SEO.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Graduate in any field (Commerce/Marketing/Business preferred)
  • Certification in e-commerce (optional, added advantage)

Salary:

Based on experience (₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month or as per company policy)
