About the Role

We're looking for a motivated fresher (or someone with up to 6 months of experience) who wants to kickstart their career by exploring both project management and software development. This role is perfect if you enjoy organizing work, collaborating with people, and also love coding/problem-solving. You'll get to learn directly from experienced team members while contributing to real projects.

What You'll Do

  • Help plan and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support the project manager in keeping things organized (reports, documentation, task updates).
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to make sure projects run smoothly.
  • Take on development tasks like coding, debugging, or testing under guidance.
  • Join team meetings, share updates, and follow up on action items.
  • Learn to balance both the technical and coordination side of projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Freshers or up to 6 months of experience in project coordination or software development.
  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, or ClickUp is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in both project management and development.
  • Comfortable working from our Delhi office.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to IT/software projects (through internships, college projects, or freelancing).
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum basics.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a "let's figure it out" attitude.
