Position: Sales Executive
Job Location/HQ: Vijayawada
Job Title: Sales Executive
Reporting To: Branch Head / Sales Head
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handles direct customer interactions, product sales and Gold Saving Scheme (GSS) enrollments
- Explain product details, gold/silver purity, and pricing to customers
- Promote and enroll customers in the Gold Saving Scheme
- Assist customers with customization orders in co-ordination with supervisors.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales value
- Follow up with customers after store visits
