  • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable gold or diamond jewellery.
  • Explain jewellery details such as purity, weight, making charges, and offers.
  • Build customer trust through polite and professional service.
  • Handle basic queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help with display, stock arrangement, billing, and packaging.
  • Work towards achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow grooming standards, showroom discipline, and team coordination.
