Job Description
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable gold or diamond jewellery.
- Explain jewellery details such as purity, weight, making charges, and offers.
- Build customer trust through polite and professional service.
- Handle basic queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help with display, stock arrangement, billing, and packaging.
- Work towards achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
- Follow grooming standards, showroom discipline, and team coordination.
Mandatory Key Skills
- Good communication and customer handling
- Neat appearance and personal grooming
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
- Sales mindset and team cooperation
