Role Overview

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll support our Talent Acquisition Specialist in sourcing, scheduling, and managing candidates worldwide. You'll ensure a smooth, professional hiring process that helps us attract the best talent for our mission.

This isn't just admin work — it's people work. You'll play a direct role in building a global team that changes lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Source and engage candidates for hard-to-fill roles using creative methods
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating with global panels
  • Communicate with candidates clearly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and track pipeline progress
  • Support hiring managers with candidate materials and feedback collection
  • Assist with talent market research to strengthen recruitment strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Based in India, with excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google Workspace, and ATS systems
  • Flexibility to collaborate with U.S. teams during overlapping time zones
  • A reliable home office setup (internet, computer, headset, camera)
